Yukako is the co-founder of SYL in the United States. She has opened a gateway for the Japanese yachting industry and Japanese customers to do business in the USA, and regularly represent Japanese clients in business negotiations and yacht purchases in the West.

Yukako is fluent in English and her native Japanese.

Koji is originally from Yokohama, but has lives in Florida for many years. He is a engineer and performs inspections and surveys of yachts for SYL, as well as providing interpreter and representation services for Japanese customers.

Koji is a fluent English speaker as well as speaking his native Japanese.

Originally from the UK, Gary is an expert craftsman who understands everything about refits and new builds from an interior and deck, and more importantly a business, point of view. Gary project manages yard periods and new builds for SYL, making sure projects are delivered successfully on time, on budget, and with maximum satisfaction for the owner.

Gary speaks fluent French as well as his native English.
